Most EGHRS members are ardent crafters producing a high standard of historically inspired clothing, costume accessories, weapons and armour as well as various articles needed for medieval feasting and camping.
East Gippsland Historical Re-enactment Society members meet regularly to practice combat with replica weapons including swords, spears, quarterstaffs and daggers. This training ensures quality combat performances at events and incursions.
EGHRS members enjoy nothing more than getting together to celebrate with a medieval feast! Twice a year, authentic dishes are prepared and brought to share whilst we recognise various achievements and tournament champions.
